I agree with the non-issue. If this concept is fully understood then the answer given in Book 3 more than covers any question and I would not say that it was side-stepped. It was explained that we are beings of free choice and the choice to abort or not should be the choice of the participants of the creation and no one else. Being that the soul is a being of infinite and unconditional love how could it possibly feel anything other than joy and hapiness toward another being making a free choice? Guilt is usually associated with abortion and this is simply individuals choosing to give up their free choice that they made and play along with the "collective" conciousness that say they should feel guilty. Personally I take great comfort in CWG. The RB stuff still holds a special place in my heart, though! 8) At first glance, I guess I am not the kind of person you would expect having the need for "comfort", like in "my life sucs, and I need something to believe in", but what I find in CWG is kind of a confirmation of my inner self, everything I have ever felt or believed in, put into words. I have been involved in several discussions whether NDW is being "speculative". I feel he is not. Its like he says him self; why is it so hard to believe that the same "Is" is expressing itself through me as a writer? "Is" is doing the exact same thing with everyone else. It just shows in different ways, simply because we chose to listen in different ways. Any thoughts on this? Oh, and I just made my girlfriend read the first book! She was reluctant at first, being a pretty much "down to earth" person. Now she goes; "Wow. Makes perfect sense to me!" She smiles more often, and she does not let her studies weigh on her as much as she used to. I am really hapy to see her looking more loose, and we are having some really good and fruitful talks about the bigger issues.

We are all a gift to everyone else... showing our own unique gifts, be it sharing our ability to write a book or showing our ability to collect aluminum cans. Have you ever met someone who walks joyfully around in wrags of clothing, collecting cans so that he/she can eat a meal? Well, I did this past weekend and it was interesting, to say the least. This man collected the cans with skill...no wasted energy...he knew just where to look and not look. He did this with a little grin on his face and he even took the time to let me know that there was a basketball in front of my truck and he was concerned that the children in the neighborhood would be upset if it were to be flattened. Ha! This guy was a ball of energy! just moving along and not looking back. pretty neat stuff. Anyway, if we treat any situation with the best of our intentions and skills, we are, in my opinion, expressing the "Is"...even if its not our best, we're still expressing but it seems a little more fun to express your best. I was so happy to read your message, i am a CWG-ite myself and have been a richard bach fan for- absolutely- ever... What CWG says is reflected so beautifully in Bachs writing that i find myself overwhelmed at just how many wonderful people all over the globe are now realising the awesome power of 'choice'. To know that there ARE people who think like me...perhaps not around me ...but somewhere on this planet...is comforting. Would love to talk more about CWG and Bach... for me CWG and BACH are Magic ! and who can resist that!
