Hello
genial focus
It's been a while my friends...since I've conciously heeded my spiritual curiosity. Though along the road I'm ever mindful of what I've been told...individually a part of the fold, yet often still apart in the cold.
Minute wonders in our creation..who stole the firefly's mold? This freak of nature, yummy to the toad..bright shining lights here under the stars..lose their glee when not free from the jars.
SpLaT..the toad too might have avoided some roads.
*hehe* Ok, I'm just goofing off..by way of introduction *S*
About 3 days ago, while unpacking after a recent move..my copy of Richard Bach's One came to my attention--this is always the book, when asked, that I call my favorite. For me I always recall it as a magical journey.
So I decided to read it again, as I only read it during down time at work, it me 3 days--when I finished I wondered what Richard and Leslie were up to these days.
To the net I came, pretty quickly googled my way here..oddly enough I saw that 3 days ago, when I came across his book out of the box, Richard also made (I take it a first in quite a while?) public appearence.
Yeah..I like coincidences
I was reading through this forum..someone had mentioned--hold a question then open randomly (even if it's the daily newspaper) and see what answer you might get.
I use to do that a lot..I wanted a topic for this spirituality string--something besides, though I find it a marvelous spiritual word in the sense one never knows what doors it'll open, just a Hello )
I choose 3 books: the dictionary, my copy of ONE and..and though I don't know much about it out of context--the Bible.
the page I opened the dictionary to and found my finger..was genial--such an apt word for me, if I do say so myself, as I saw right away, tis usually my *I hear Leslie fresh from my reading of ONE* ~focus~ *S*
then from ONE..a line by Mashara answered my question how I might use that focus
"Animals heal quickly but sometimes they need a little love to help them through."
for the bible I asked (thinking, based on that line from One, of man as the animals needing a little love)..what have ye to say to this...and I got
And they knew not that Joseph understood them; for he spake unto them by an interpreter. (Genesis 42:23)
Like I said..out of context I don't know what that bible verse refers to--but that's ok..as I was doing my own random stuff and something about that line *knew not they were understood///interpreter* just seems to fit...when on a web site about Richard Bach and talking about a book such as ~One~
Would you agree? *S*
anyhow...
