Grave, Heh heh heh ... Am enjoying conversing with you. Am not the one to be followed. "Do not follow me. Follow thee."is my way of saying "Follow your own heart". ~Dwayne~ Thanks Dwayne. I understand the word "heart" just as good as I understand the word "follow" oh Great one! But, I request Mr. Sunshine icon to Explain what does it mean to follow my own heart(may be other than yours), What meaning does "MY Own" hold. We can explain it very well in reality, but guide me to truth instead Jokes apart Dwayne, I like learning from you, you know... it is not exactly following, but recalling with a brighter classmate. Also, The true sign of being humble may be is, when it doesn't matter anymore if someone doesn't follow, or someone desperately tries to. I mean I can only guess... your'e the boss ;D

" Fire Works" is the name of my first book, soon to be read by Hampton Roads Publishing, as Frank De Marco called & asked me for the full manuscript the same day he received my official proposal, synopsis, excerpts & a chapter, saying he liked what he was reading. Should know how my work is received in another month or so with all going well. Thanks for asking, Grave. ~Dwayne~

Grave asks: "I request Mr. Sunshine icon to Explain what does it mean to follow my own heart (may be other than yours), What meaning does "MY Own" hold. We can explain it very well in reality, but guide me to truth instead"[/i] Am understanding "following one's own heart" to mean listening to as well as applying those soft, gentle nudges within that which poets refer to as one's heart. Perhaps that little resonance inside in the very middle, beside & slightly above one's beating heart, is ... The Universal ConnectionThat which we truly areThe "seat of the soul"or as this writer is fond of describing it: That little electrical node... & "MY Own" would suggest that one's own free will, i.e.- applying what one knows. Not believes. Knows. Which narrows things down efficiently. Grave notes: "I like learning from you, you know... it is not exactly following, but recalling with a brighter classmate."Am really liking how you expressed that, my friend. Yes - recalling with friends. Well said! ~Dwayne~

Thanks again (I guess I keep on thanking you, from now I'd say one thanks for every hundred). Anything Rare becomes precious. (contradiction:becomes forgotten too) Grave (Oh by the wya I wanted to ask something about devils from bible.. do you have some knowledge about them... I saw this movie constantine (and there was satan and his son(forgot his name) how can we relate them to this understanding we have. They say Devils etc are mentioned in bible and how to bring them.. Is It true .. Do have some idea about it?)

Grave continues: "I wanted to ask something about devils from bible.. do you have some knowledge about them... "Though my indoctrination spiritually growing up was from a Christian perspective, am not believing in a personal devil ... though there are dark & malicious beings existing, as well as many beings of light & wonder. Called "demons" & "angels", they've been misunderstood as a sacred Bic lighter would be misinterpreted even several hundred years ago into being much more than it is. Poor illustration, agreed, though one to help point to the center of my thoughts in these matters, as you've asked. ~Dwayne~

And I will miss you when you'd have no time to come in here any more You'd have your own website, fans and umm fans and fans.. and interviews and seminars. So, I'd like to say this to you in advance: Though I don't know as I know my best friend, yet I am proud of you as I would be of my best friend for completing this role of life successfully. I am glad this was your last journey to this planet. You have made me learn more through your presence than your words. Thank you And I am glad I'd contribute to your bank account by buying and recommending your book (which I can already sense is wonderful to read) Grave(watching the little stars-my home)

Grave says: "... I will miss you when you'd have no time to come in here any more You'd have your own website, fans and umm fans and fans.. and interviews and seminars."Yikes![/u] Could be ... though this artist is not all that comfortable with the thought of such. Richard & I are quite alike in this regard, as we both cherish our privacy & intimate spiritual relationships. Am sure he's able to navigate me to practical ways of being open as well as private. You also share: "Though I don't know as I know my best friend, yet I am proud of you as I would be of my best friend for completing this role of life successfully. I am glad this was your last journey to this planet."Really? My last journey here? That could be way nice, actually, as the aura stench of much of "civilization" is so negative, powerful & quite distracting, albeit educational. Hopefully what truly I am will be able to visit on occasion. The aura stench will not last, however, & is being alligned against as we communicate through bursts of 1s & 0s ... little binary on & off switches traveling at amazing speeds through what we call the Inernet. My friend adds: "You have made me learn more through your presence than your words."Conversely, fellow seeker. & Grave concludes: "And I am glad I'd contribute to your bank account by buying and recommending your book (which I can already sense is wonderful to read)"Thank you for your thoughts as well as for all of you, my friend, though it needs to be said that this writer will not profit one penny from the publication of " Fire Works", as Frank already has my wishes that any proceeds from publication of this book will go towards worthy aboriginal groups worldwide as well as relief of immense natural disasters such as legitimate tsumami relief org.s & so on. What is being shared in my book is free. Beyond my intense personal experiences over 10 days of learning to follow my heart, what is given in book's end is freely given & it would be an abomination to charge for it. The next 2 books will expand on this more ... As one of my Lakota elders once said, with his "little Binky grin": The real ones don't charge" (given in reference to others who were charging for people to attend inipi - the sweat lodge) &, as each author's book is different, so are the circumstances for publication. Nothing wrong with making a living, though in my case with this work: it would be wrong for me to profit. Yes, as with Richard's open experiences on the Net, there will be times to withdraw ... not from everyone but so to be able to effectively focus on writing for everyone, as well as enjoy the intimacy of the moment with loved ones, undistracted by the presense of the crowds unceasingly begging for him to feed them & bless them non-stop with his many "miracles". Really? :-) My last journey here? That could be way nice, actually, as the aura stench of much of "civilization" is so negative, powerful & quite distracting, albeit educational. Hopefully what truly I am will be able to visit on occasion. Yea, if you'd be here next, you might be here to teach , I think by time you leave you'd know all that you came here for. Then to come here "to learn" would change to visit "for Fun/to inspire" ----------------------------- What is being shared in my book is free. Beyond my intense personal experiences What more can I say :Thanks for for teaching me this. Until now I was thinking to have money from the book i'd write(If). ------------------------------------ As one of my Lakota elders once said, with his "little Binky grin": The real ones don't charge" I Tried locating Lokita Elders on the net. I couldn't find. Where else their learnings are, besides within me already ?

Nice links, Edina. Mentioned in the website of your 2nd link, Albert White Hat senior has taught me a lot through his written words in various language & ceremonial song books. By Googling " Mitakuye Oyas'in " then you may be navigated find some heart of understanding in what you seek to know about Lakota, Grave. We generally do not post intimate details, only general. Lakotas will never knock on your door in trying to proselytize you either, so it is all up to an individual's heart to follow up, if what is learned resonates within. May your path be straight & true. Wishing you all the best as you research, my friend. ~Dwayne~

Wanted to let you know:
Visiting Eckhart Tolle Forum was a good experience.
The ideas he shares are as such
1)That we can shut mind (like off) 2)That we are not minds but controlled by it
3)Rejects Descartes theory "I think therefore I am"
4) Common thing is that he talks about a being. Union with the being. This being is within oneself.
A question: a) I wonder, how can we grow/unite/illude and discover wthout mind on my side? And that being is mind itself.
b) What do we mean by shutting the mind off, how do we know we were out mind during such a period(if the claim is that in such, wasn't I illuded by mind agian to think so) ?
I know I could have asked this question there, but I wanted to ask this in my home first.

I'm not acquainted with Tolle's theories, but it sounds strange to me that we could shut out our "mind". Perhaps the word "mind" is not the correct one here? Perhaps it's the physiological way our mind works in this body, or the way our thoughts are formed within this brain?
I equal the mind with my higher self and my soul. In this body my mind is somewhat clouded by restrictions, but it is still my mind = my spirit.
I'd like to know how Tolle makes a difference between mind and soul/spirit. I think I should take a peek there, as well.
