Hi Folks, I recall when Bach began, read all of his books and fell in love with Illusions....sooooo.... if anyone is going to attend his lecture in Portland, any chance you'd do me the favor of getting signed copy of his new book for me? I know, it sounds so weird...but here and only here do I think such a shared request might be understood...e-mail me freely if funds are needed...but I come from an "old school" where trust and faith remains as a foundation in those of us who "understand" the meaning of genius, a sunrise in the morning, and when one's being is content enough that even wild-life has no problem to pause in passing in the woods without concern. Seriiously, anyone attending Portland...appreciate. Mark/Gambler......"I never gamble money, just Life..." Mek

TM and Eureka,
I will be there about noon on the day of the lecture (29th) If you would like to meet up there, we can talk and maybe see the town together. I will be staying at the Northwest Portland International Hostel (1818 n.w. Glisan St.) that night, and part of the next day. It is about 2 miles or less from the Renaissance Books Store where the lecture by Richard will be held.

Dear TM,
That is very interesting. :-) Were you to my right side, or my left? Please respond. Depending on which side you were on, I do remember seeing you.
At the book signing I waited last in line, so that I could talk with him longer. Someone took a picture of the two of us at his table, and as soon as I have the picture developed, I will send a copy to you, if you are interested. I know that I will personally treasure it as a memento of a wonderful experience. He was also speaking at Powell City Books the next evening at 7:30Pm, and I attended that one also, and it too was quite interesting. Did you go to that one too? -Robert Burns
