Beautiful, sad poem. I think I can feel what you felt when you wrote it... By the way, there's a record album by Sarah McLachlan called Afterglow. I love the word...

Winds of change - roaring, tearing, with flashes of lightning?

It is a folly for me to insist that my consciousness is in a form, restricted behind my eyes.....it is pissing me off!!!...for isnt it up to me where my consciousness hangs out...im attempting to splatter my consciousness on the "atomic mosaic".....make reality my minds stomping grounds.....This is the basis of the art of paradigm shifting.....
"even though it seems we are unable to experience our other parallel universes, it dosent mean we are completely unaffected by them. Since they all branch from the same source, it could be that we are connected to them on an unconscious level, a quantum level, or both. The seperation of these alternate realities may be only a matter of perception....
If a bird, for example, should observe a stone fall into a pond, it sees every ripple emanating from it. A frog sitting on a lili-pad, on the other, hand would only experience one wave at a time. This is an important distinction because it emphasizes the possibility that we are not really seperate from our other selves living in alternate realities, but that we are the same person experiencing all possibilities, even though we are conscious of only one at a time. Although its pure speculation on my part, this leads me to wonder if those meaningful coincidences, serendipitous moments and deja vu's we all experience from time to time might be explained as moments in which we experience several of our realities at once, moments when the field of all possibilities becomes a unified field of one possibility..
We should also remember that it is possible for the frog to become quite neurotic about the particular ripple it is experiencing without the ability to see the larger picture......
sorry so long..i pulled a lizanne
I miss this brain farting if you will !!! love ya guys!!!
